    Thank you very much for having this time to share my experience about the former general secretary of UN who died in our country . Really , he was a practioneer by promoting peace building in our Country . Dag provided a basis for consolidation of peace , democracy and development in our country and ultimately take part in the efforts of the international community.

    Dag has played a significant role in congo’s turbulent first years after independence , as well as in a number of Un-led peace keeping missions. Moreover , his courageaous and honest way of intervening was and remains a source of inspiration for congolese.

    in the following years and in spite of many difficulties , a great number of initiatives are taken by congolese civil society to end the civil war , organise general elections of 2006 and that of 2011. even also by protecting people against internal or external threats .
