On Occasion of the 48th Anniversary of Dag Hammarskjöld’s Death a Lecture entitled The Need for Rule of Law in International Affairs was held byDr Hans Corell, Ambassador and Former Under-Secretary-General for Legal Affairs and the Legal Counsel of the United Nations. The lecture reflects on Dag Hammarskjöld's address at Oxford University on 30 May, 1961, "The International Civil Service in Law and in Fact". The lecture was presented at the Dag Hammarskjöld Foundation following a commemorative event at Dag Hammarskjöld's grave
