Reports and Notes

Each group desgnates a note taker. A ready made report sheet will be distributed, but can also be downloaded (available as Microsoft Word Document / Adobe PDF). After the group is done, the note taker brings the handwritten report or a USB-stick containing the report document to the Main Entrance of the castle (where printers and the copy machine are standing ready) and hands it to the person responsible for collecting them.
One copy of the report will be brought back to the information wall in the big hall for all to be able to read.
The aim is to have a copy of every report distributed to every participant before the day is over. |
